Where can I log in or sign up?

Click on the person-shaped icon in the top-right corner of the site to log in or sign up.

Where can I download the files I ordered?

  • For non-members:
    1. You can download the files immediately after completing the payment.
    2. Check the email you provided during the order process to download the files.
    * Note: Non-members are not provided with a separate download page, so please ensure your email is entered correctly.
  • For members:
    1. You can download the files immediately after completing the payment.
    2. Check the email you provided during the order process to download the files.
    3. Go to My Account > Downloads to access and download the files.

Can I download the files I ordered anytime?

Yes, you can download the files anytime without any time limit.

However, the products are intended for use by a single user or a single organization. For team or multi-user access, an additional license purchase is required.

Licenses cannot be transferred or assigned to other individuals or organizations without written approval.

Where can I check my order history?

Go to the My Account (person icon) > Dashboard > Order History to view your order history.

How can I get a refund?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Do I need to sign up to make a payment?

You can complete your payment without signing up. Simply provide your first name, last name, and email address.

* Make sure to double-check your email as the download link will be sent to it.

What should I do if there is an issue with the file?

If there is an issue with the downloaded file, please email the details to creative@demeleon.com, and we will resolve the problem promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
